Tune Inn, Pennsylvania Ave, SE, Washington, DC

This was an entry for dirtiest bathroom in DC and I can't argue with it. I'll post a full write up later, but the video pretty much tells the story. I understand that if your primary business is "watering-hole" you're not going to have bathroom a la Beverly Wilshire, but this place serves food! We were there during the lunch crowd, so this is inexcusable in my opinion.
